- Support office budgeting efforts by monitoring expenses and preparing reports for management review.
- Ensure filing systems are organized and up-to-date; manage document retention policies in compliance with company standards.
- Oversee office supply inventory levels; place orders as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Facilitate communication within the team through effective email correspondence, phone etiquette, and internal messaging systems.
Requirements
- Proven experience in office administration or related roles with strong clerical and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and payroll processing; familiarity with budgeting tools is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience managing schedules using calendar management tools; capable of coordinating multiple priorities seamlessly.
- Background in human resources functions such as onboarding, employee recordkeeping, and payroll support preferred.
- Experience in event planning for meetings or corporate functions is advantageous.
