Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Office Administrator to join our team and help streamline daily operations across our office environment. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills to manage a variety of tasks ranging from clerical duties. Responsibilities

  • Manage the daily operations of the office, including front desk duties, multi-line phone systems, and greeting visitors with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Assist with human resources functions including onboarding new employees, managing payroll processes, and supporting employee records management.
  • Support office budgeting efforts by monitoring expenses and preparing reports for management review.
  • Ensure filing systems are organized and up-to-date; manage document retention policies in compliance with company standards.
  • Oversee office supply inventory levels; place orders as needed to ensure smooth daily operations.
  • Facilitate communication within the team through effective email correspondence, phone etiquette, and internal messaging systems.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in office administration or related roles with strong clerical and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks for bookkeeping and payroll processing; familiarity with budgeting tools is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written—and professional phone etiquette.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience managing schedules using calendar management tools; capable of coordinating multiple priorities seamlessly.
  • Background in human resources functions such as onboarding, employee recordkeeping, and payroll support preferred.
  • Experience in event planning for meetings or corporate functions is advantageous.
  • Ability to handle confidential information discreetly while maintaining professionalism at all times.
