In seach of an office administrator. Our company is a mortgage company and is in property management. Looking for help mainting the office, bookeeping, managing payroll, coordinating office meetings, coordinating office events, maintaining NMLS call reports, addressing clients and property management tenants, answering phone lines, etc.Proficiency in Quickbooks, AppFolio, and Mortgage Experience are big plus. Spanish proficiency is also preferred.
Salary : $40,000 - $60,000
