About the Role:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Data Entry / Office Administrator to join our team in Northern Minnesota. This position supports our collection operations by handling data entry, account updates, and general office tasks to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accurately enter and update consumer and account information in the database.
- Prepare, scan, and file documents electronically and in paper form.
- Assist with incoming and outgoing mail, including notices and correspondence.
- Answer and direct phone calls or messages to the appropriate staff.
- Provide administrative support to collectors, managers, and accounting as needed.
- Maintain confidentiality and compliance with company and regulatory standards.
- Perform other office duties as assigned to support the team.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous office, administrative, or data entry experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and general database use.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
