job summary:The Product Surveillance Associate provides critical clinical and safety assessments of post-marketing events. This role is essential in maintaining marketing compliance with global regulations. You will work with minimal supervision while maintaining a high degree of interaction with customers, healthcare professionals, and global organizational leads. This position is managed via a Managed Service Provider (MSP) and Vendor Management System (VMS) tool.location: Sturtevant, Wisconsinjob type: Contractwork hours: 7 to 3education: Bachelorsresponsibilities:Inquiry Management: Process field inquiries received via phone, electronic, or verbal correspondence in strict accordance with applicable Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).Complaint Processing: Execute all complaint-processing activities in alignment with the Company Quality System.Technical Support: Provide remote troubleshooting guidance and technical support to stakeholders as needed.Record Closure: Conduct diligent follow-up activities to ensure all safety and quality records are closed in a timely manner.Investigations: Lead investigations which may include: Executing product returns and subsequent evaluations. Reviewing manufacturing records.
