Recruiter - Contract 6 Months - ATLANTA, GA
This is a hybrid role, candidates must be local to Atlanta, GA.
Coverage:
- Focus: Recruiting nurse techs (nursing students) and nurse residents (new grads).
- The primary scope of work is managing the academic side of recruitment (Nurse Techs and Nurse Residents). Ruth may assign all Nurse Tech recruitment and the remaining Nurse Residency volume for the year.
- Geographic Coverage: The recruiter will cover 9 hospitals across the system.
- Georgia: Three hospitals in Northwest Georgia (about 60 miles northwest of Atlanta), which have the greatest demand for physical presence.
- Western Carolina: Two hospitals near Ashleigh.
- Texas: Three facilities (near Fort Worth/Dallas and Austin).
Key Duties:
- Attend weekly hiring events at one Georgia hospital.
- Attend school events in the Georgia area.
- Manage candidate flow using HireVue (video/question screening process).
- Work Environment: The role is self-directed with weekly progress-to-target metrics monitored.
- Training & Start Date: The first week of training is typically in Orlando. The next training date is May 4th, but may need to be pushed back to June.
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum Experience/Education: One year of recruitment experience plus a bachelor's degree.
- Preferred Experience: Healthcare experience (greatly preferred), Nurse recruitment (even better).
- Soft Skills: Hard worker (not required to work over 40 hours a week), positive attitude, organized, and able to stay on task.
- Required/Nice-to-Have Software: Workday, HireVue, Text Recruit, and ChatGPT (provided).
Salary : $30 - $42
