Senior HR Business Partner (Bilingual Spanish)
Location: Gainesville, GA & (supporting Virginia Beach, VA) 5 DAYS ONSITE

Position Summary
The Senior HR Business Partner serves as a key partner to plant leadership and is responsible for delivering disciplined, execution-focused HR support across manufacturing operations in Gainesville, GA and Virginia Beach, VA. This role requires an experienced, highly organized HR professional with demonstrated success supporting manufacturing or industrial environments. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced setting, adeptly managing shifting priorities while driving performance, engagement, and compliance.
This position is hands-on and requires regular presence on the plant floor, partnering closely with plant leadership, supervisors, and hourly employees to address workforce issues in real time.
Spanish/English bilingual capability is required.
Key Responsibilities :
· Serve as HR partner to plant leadership, providing day-to-day HR guidance and coaching to supervisors and managers.
· Manage complex employee relations matters, including investigations, conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and terminations, ensuring fair and consistent outcomes.
· Provide performance management guidance, including coaching, counseling, career development support, and documentation.
· Ensure consistent interpretation and application of HR policies while maintaining compliance with employment laws and regulations.
· Lead hourly recruiting for the Gainesville facility, partnering with hiring managers on intake discussions, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions.
· Collaborate with RPO and talent acquisition partners on salaried roles, ensuring alignment between business needs, staffing plans, and hiring decisions.
· Support onboarding of new employees and ensure completion of required documentation, background checks, and orientation activities.
· Analyze workforce trends, HR metrics, and engagement indicators, and partner with leadership to strengthen retention, safety, and overall employee experience.
· Support execution of HR programs, including performance reviews, calibration, succession planning, and talent development initiatives.
· Maintain accurate HR documentation and support HR systems and processes to ensure data integrity and organizational risk mitigation.
· This role requires adherence to our ISO 14001 Environmental Management System and IATF 16949 Quality Management System

Qualifications :
· 7 years of progressive HR experience supporting manufacturing, industrial, or operational environments
· Demonstrated success managing employee relations and investigations in a plant environment
· Experience partnering directly with plant leadership and frontline supervisors
· Spanish/English bilingual required (spoken and written).
· Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
· Experience supporting multi-site operations preferred
· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field required; HR certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) preferred.
Salary : $75,000 - $115,000
