Title : Service Manager
Location: Northern Virginia (Primarily Arlington, Falls Church, and McLean)
Work Hours: Onsite
Compensation: $90,000 – $120,000 bonus car allowance

- Coordinate subcontractors, schedules, and service-related work
- Oversee final phases of construction including punch-out and inspections
- Support active projects with scheduling, coordination, and site oversight
