Randstad's premier client, a leading electronics manufacturer known for innovation and high-reliability products, is seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Inspector to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity to ensure the highest standards of quality for cutting-edge electronic components and assemblies.
3 years of experience as a Quality Inspector, preferably within an electronics or high-technology manufacturing environment.
knowledge of reading and interpreting engineering drawings,schematics, and technical specifications.
Demonstrated proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
Must be able to achieve or hold an active IPC-A-610 certification (Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies).
Excellent attention to detail and written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities
Perform visual and dimensional inspections of electronic components, PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards), and finished electronic assemblies.
Utilize precision measuring tools and equipment (e.g., micrometers, calipers, optical comparators, AOI/X-ray systems) to verify product specifications.
Inspect soldering, wiring, component placement, and mechanical assembly against technical documentation and workmanship standards
Document inspection results, non-conformances (NCRs), and prepare detailed reports for Quality Engineering and Production teams.
Assist in identifying root causes for quality issues and collaborate on corrective actions.
Maintain organized inspection records and ensure proper calibration of inspection tools.
