Electro Mechanical Technician

If so, we are searching for great candidates to fill our open Electro-Mechanical Technician positions. As an Electro-Mechanical Technician, you will be responsible for assembling components onto panels or into enclosures, making sure you follow mechanical layout/drawings closely. A great candidate for this role will also have the ability to wire per electrical schematics and follow predefined work standards and guidelines. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in manufacturing or assembling of electrical components OR an Associates Degree in Electrical Engineering. salary: $24 - $26 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 7 AM - 3:30 PM

Responsibilities

• Assemble components onto panels and into enclosures
• Following mechanical layout and assembly drawings with zero deficiencies.
• Wire components per electrical schematics following predefined guidelines and work standards.
• Capable of completing minor modifications to metal panels and enclosures including cutting, drilling, and tapping.

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment
• wearing steel toe shoes
• working in a non-temperature controlled environment
• standing for 8 hours at one time
• working up to 8 hrs of overtime per week
