Responsibilities

• Hands-on day-to-day financial activities such as journal entries, account reconciliation, cash reports, cash flow analysis, accruals, depreciation schedules and more
• Participate in accounting close processes and reporting.
• Prepare and organize monthly financial statements for senior management.
• Ensure timely processing of all accounts payable for on time payment and processing accounts receivable and collection of payments.
• Maintain an organized system of all accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank statements, account reconciliations, and stock transactions.
• Maintain cash report, cash flow, and funding balances.
• Evaluate accounting processes and systems and implement optimizations.
• Develop and implement improved control policies, procedures, as needed, and support and manage automation of key aspects of payables, reporting-related processes, and some ad-hoc reporting.
• Maintain and provide organization of information for audits for external auditors.
• Misc. accounting related duties and projects, as needed
