Location: Rainbow Restoration of Mid Central Valley
Pay Range: $18.00 – $21.00 per hour (DOE)

The Role: The Heart of the Office
We are looking for an organized, energetic Administrative Assistant who is as comfortable with a spreadsheet as they are with a smile.
Key Responsibilities
- QuickBooks: Manage accounts receivable/payable, track company expenses, and perform bank reconciliations like a pro.
- Financial Reporting: Generate and review profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow reports to keep us on track.
- Office Orchestration: Manage calendars, handle incoming calls with a "helper" mentality, and keep our documentation organized.
- Daily Operations: Use QuickBooks Online to create invoices, capture receipts, and assist with payroll processing.
- Customer Support: Be the friendly voice our customers need during stressful times.
What You Bring to the Table
A Proven track record as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar office role.
Practical experience with QuickBooks Online.
High attention to detail, Microsoft Office proficiency, and "top-tier" communication skills.
A positive attitude and a desire to have fun while getting the job done.
