Marketing Specialist

The duties of this position include providing direct support for all business lines sales, leading to the growth of brand recognition/trust in the marketplace. This will include developing digital content that creates compelling messaging in alignment with business goals and marketing plans, including digital newsletter, social media, company website, digital advertisements, videos, etc.

• High school diploma
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or related field
• Experience in a technical marketing role preferred
• Fluent in MS Office Suite of products including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator preferred.
• Copywriting skills are a plus, particularly with technical content
• Results oriented, self-motivated and organized to successfully complete high-quality and accurate projects on time with high attention to detail.
• Outstanding ability to develop positive relationships with customers and internal cross-functional teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work well both in a collaborative team environment as well as independently.
• Demonstrated understanding of marketing materials development, webpage/webspace advertising, marketing campaigns.
• Ability to learn quickly and retain information
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational skills with good attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines,
• Fluent ability to work with laptops, tablets and smartphones.
