Primary Purpose
Execute program marketing and customer education efforts including energy efficiency, safety, and customer awareness initiatives. Oversee bill communications, ensuring content is aligned with business education priorities. Develop marketing plans and budgets. Coordinate marketing plans and tactics across multiple departments and measure effectiveness of marketing efforts. Position may be required to work extended hours, including 24 x 7 coverage during storms or other energy delivery emergencies.
Note: This is a hybrid position (in-office with remote flexibility). Employees are required to be in office at least three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday).
This role is open to candidates based in our Baltimore, MD; Washington, DC; and Newark, DE offices.
You must be able to commute within our service area to be considered.

- Execute multiple marketing tactics for residential, business and public sectors customers. Coordinate marketing efforts and manage review of marketing materials with internal stakeholders. (70%)
- Develop and manage marketing and customer education plans. (10%)
- Manage program marketing budgets including invoice tracking, accruals and forecasting. (10%)
- Measure effectiveness and reports metrics for marketing efforts. (10%)
Position will work across multiple departments to develop marketing plans, execute tactics, manage marketing plan budgets and measure and report effectiveness.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business or other applicable field
- 2-5 years relevant experience or equivalent
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Advanced degree
- Familiarity with electric utility industry
- Annual salary will vary based on a candidate’s skills, qualifications, experience, and other factors: $68,000.00/Yr. – $93,500.00/Yr.
