Job Overview
We are seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite and remote technical support to end users. The role involves troubleshooting hardware, software, Windows systems, Microsoft 365, user accounts, and network connectivity.
Responsibilities
Provide onsite and remote desktop/help desk support via phone, chat, and in person.
Troubleshoot Windows 10/11, PCs, laptops, printers, monitors, mobile devices, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and update operating systems and Microsoft 365 applications.
Support Active Directory/Azure AD, user accounts, permissions, and access.
Perform basic DNS, DHCP, and TCP/IP troubleshooting.
Manage and resolve incidents through a ticketing system.
Support user onboarding/offboarding and workstation setup.
Maintain hardware, software, and IT inventory records.
Escalate complex systems or network issues to senior IT staff.
Provide professional and customer-focused technical support.
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, technical training, or Associate's/Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
1–4 years of IT support, desktop support, or service desk experience.
Experience with Windows 10/11, Microsoft 365, Active Directory/Azure AD.
Knowledge of basic networking: DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP.
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.

Experience with endpoint security tools
