📍 Location: Taunton, MA (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, Monday required)
⏳ Duration: 6–12 Months
We are looking for an experienced Tax Accountant to support a critical initiative involving overtime tracking and reporting under the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) for Police and Fire departments.
💼 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage tracking and reporting of overtime (OT) in compliance with OBBBA
• Collaborate with Payroll and IT teams to design and implement effective tracking systems
• Ensure accurate weekly OT tracking by employee
• Support reporting, compliance, and data accuracy for financial operations
📈 Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 5 years of experience in accounting/payroll
• Strong knowledge of One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA)
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Payroll and IT teams
📅 Additional Info:
• Initial ramp-up may require more than 3 onsite days per week
