π¨ Weβre Hiring: Help Desk Analyst (Courtroom Technician) π¨
π Location: Machias, ME (100% Onsite)
β³ Duration: 3β12 Months
We are looking for a Help Desk Analyst / Courtroom Technician to support courtroom technology and IT operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong technical troubleshooting skills and hands-on experience with audiovisual systems.
π§ Top Skills Required:
β’ Experience supporting videoconferencing & AV equipment
β’ Basic knowledge of audio systems
β’ Ability to diagnose and resolve Tier 1 technical issues
πΌ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Provide technical support for courtroom technology, desktops/laptops, printers, and scanners
β’ Set up and maintain audio/video and conferencing equipment
β’ Support remote hearings and VOIP systems
β’ Troubleshoot hardware/software issues and manage help desk tickets
β’ Install, repair, and maintain IT equipment across facilities
β’ Assist with IT documentation, inventory tracking, and training
π Additional Details:
β’ Travel required (mileage reimbursement provided)
β’ Must have a valid driverβs license
β’ Local candidates within ~1 hour of Machias, ME preferred
π‘ Ideal candidates will have strong communication skills, customer service mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
