Job Summary

The AI Solutions Architect supports the automation and digitization of development and operational workflows. This role focuses on creating custom technical solutions to help teams accelerate innovation and improve efficiency.

The position involves designing automation solutions, evaluating performance, and identifying opportunities to implement Generative AI and Robotic Process Automation (RPA). The individual will assess system interactions, develop automated workflows, and build scalable, long-term solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Workflow Transformation

• Partner with subject matter experts (SMEs) to analyze and map complex workflows
• Identify inefficiencies and design future-state processes that transition manual tasks into automated systems

AI Solution Architecture

• Design and implement end-to-end technical solutions using LLMs, scripting (Python/Bash), and integration tools
• Automate data entry, data processing, and information retrieval tasks

Quality & Risk Mitigation

• Develop evaluation frameworks to validate AI outputs and ensure accuracy
• Implement controls to reduce risks such as incorrect outputs and ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards

Prompt & API Engineering

• Design and optimize prompt structures for AI models
• Integrate AI APIs into existing systems to improve productivity and workflow efficiency

Performance Tracking

• Define baseline metrics and track KPIs to measure efficiency gains and ROI from automation initiatives

Strategic Change Management

• Lead implementation and adoption of AI-driven solutions
• Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders to drive adoption

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong expertise in Generative AI and large language models (LLMs), including understanding of model limitations and use cases
• Proven experience in designing system architectures and digitizing workflows across multiple platforms
• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders
• Proficiency in Python or Bash scripting and experience with automation tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to build scalable solutions
• Experience working in cross-functional environments with engineering and domain experts
• Ability to make strategic decisions on selecting the right tools and technologies for different use cases

Education Requirement

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field with 4 years of experience, OR
• Master’s degree with 2 years of experience, OR
• PhD in a related discipline
