🔹 What You’ll Do
Conduct market, consumer, and competitive research to identify innovation opportunities.
Track beauty, consumer, cultural, and social media trends.
Support new product concept development and innovation projects.
Prepare engaging PowerPoint presentations, reports, and recommendations.
Help analyze consumer insights and translate them into innovative ideas.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams on innovation initiatives.
Draft, prepare, and present projects to internal stakeholders.
Support a category lead in connecting consumer needs, market intelligence, and innovation opportunities.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
1 year of experience in Marketing, Product Development, Innovation, or a related field.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
Strong interest or experience in the Beauty industry, particularly Hair Care or Skin Care.
Passion for beauty, creativity, innovation, and consumer trends.
Strong analytical and research skills with the ability to work with data and insights.
Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and image-generation AI to improve productivity and creativity.
Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, and other social media platforms.
Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Self-starter who is curious, proactive, collaborative, and detail-oriented.
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
