Pay Rate: $50 to $60 /hr on W2
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced IT Business Analyst to act as a liaison between IT development teams and business units. The ideal candidate will analyze business needs, define system requirements, support implementations, and help improve existing business systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into system specifications.
- Work closely with IT development teams and business stakeholders.
- Develop and refine user stories and support Agile/Scrum teams.
- Assist with system implementation, testing, troubleshooting, and enhancements.
- Define project scope, objectives, and business/system requirements.
- Document system processes, procedures, and requirements.
- Support end users and provide functional assistance for business systems.
- Identify system improvements and recommend solutions.
- Collaborate with internal IT teams and external vendors as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, IT, or related field.
- 3 years of Business Analyst/IT Business Analyst experience.
- Experience with business systems analysis and implementation.
- Agile/Scrum experience preferred.
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, analytical, and communication skills.
- Experience with SQL/database queries, testing/UAT, or reporting is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with IT and business teams.
