We are looking for an experienced Grants Manager to lead the implementation of an enterprise grant management platform and optimize grant lifecycle processes in a public sector environment.
Required Qualifications:
- 10 years of grants management lifecycle experience
- 10 years implementing and managing enterprise grants management software
- 10 years of grant accounting, budgeting, and reporting
- 15 years of process improvement, change management, and project management
- 5 years of public sector/government experience
- Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred:
- Experience with WebGrants, Salesforce, or similar grant management platforms
- Knowledge of Virginia Cardinal and state procurement processes
- Experience with federal grant requirements and multi-year capital improvement programs
