Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Organizational Change Management (OCM) Lead to support stakeholders and impacted users through business process and system changes. The OCM Lead will focus on organizational readiness, stakeholder engagement, process adoption, communications, testing, training, and successful implementation of new technology and processes.
Responsibilities
- Define, facilitate, track, and manage organizational readiness activities.
- Work with stakeholders to prepare for new systems and business processes.
- Assess organizational readiness and support deployment decisions.
- Coordinate with impacted users throughout implementation activities.
- Support testing, training, communications, system setup, and conversion validation.
- Identify and support changes related to system configuration, integrations, and reporting.
- Help drive process standardization and adoption.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, interviews, and presentations.
- Create user documentation, procedures, communications, and project materials.
- Provide task coordination, coaching, and oversight.
- Work effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Required Skills
- Experience with Organizational Change Management (OCM).
- Knowledge of the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from a change management perspective.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong meeting facilitation, interviewing, and presentation skills.
- Experience creating communications for impacted stakeholders.
- Ability to create clear and concise user documentation and procedures.
- Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Experience with task coordination, coaching, and oversight.
Preferred Qualifications
- Prosci, ADKAR, or other recognized OCM methodology experience.
- OCM experience supporting ERP implementations.
- Workday Financials/Supply Chain implementation experience or similar SaaS solutions.
- Project management experience and PMI/PMP certification.
- Experience working with large, decentralized public-sector organizations.
