Job Description
Work Mode: Hybrid
Must-Have Skills
- Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate multiple systems
- Moderate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Find, Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and IF formulas
- Experience working in a collaborative team environment
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
- Ability to manage high-volume data processing efficiently
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Experience with Informatica Data Systems
- Experience with Veeva
- Background in data analysis or master data management
- Experience in pharmaceutical or healthcare data environments
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain and steward healthcare customer data for Healthcare Professionals (HCPs) and Healthcare Organizations (HCOs)
- Consolidate duplicate customer records while ensuring data integrity
- Verify and maintain required identifiers on consolidated records
- Research and validate affiliations between HCPs and HCOs
- Process and resolve field force data change requests
- Support data management functions across the team
- Organize, analyze, and reconcile data from multiple sources
- Perform data quality assurance and validation activities
- Execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for system enhancements and releases
- Provide ad hoc support to cross-functional team members
- Communicate effectively through clear written and verbal interactions
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of college coursework toward a degree in Business Administration or a related business field
- Strong computer proficiency
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and IF statements
- Ability to work independently with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly between priorities
- Experience with customer master data and data analysis is a plus, particularly involving healthcare professional and healthcare organization data
