What are the responsibilities and job description for the Salesforce Administrator position at Radiant Digital?
Role : Systems Analyst
Duration :7 months, 10 days ( with possible one-year optional renewals)
Location: Austin, Texas (Hybrid)
Minimum Requirements:

Required Skills:
7 Experience as a Salesforce Administrator, managing, maintaining, and overseeing the support of Salesforce Orgs and its environments. Implement and improve security policies and practices.
7 Experience in Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) process, coding standards, change control, and version management including CI/CD toolsets such as Fossum.
7 Experience in data migrations, data quality, systems integrations, 3rd party applications, and AppExchange products.
7 Experience is overseeing and providing guidance in troubleshooting and solving complex problems related to system software and hardware incident and problem calls and recommending technology solutions.
Preferred Skills:
5 Experience in implementing various authentication protocols (oAuth) to integrate 3rd party applications. Experience in core web technologies including HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, and web services (REST & SOAP, JSON & XML, etc.).
2 Experience in Salesforce implementation and development and in writing Apex programming, Visual force pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, and lightning web components.
2 Experience with Salesforce integration tools like MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory and Jitterbit.
2 Agile Software Development Methodologies Experience.
2 Knowledge in implementing solutions using configurations (no-code) such as Flows, process builders, and workflow Rules, etc.
