ASSYST is seeking a skilled Salesforce Administrator to support our client in Austin TX
Location: Austin, TX
Job Type: Contract (Corp to Corp/C2C or 1099)
Position: Onsite, No Remote Work Allowed.
Position will be 3 days remote with 2 days (Thurs & Fri) required to be onsite at the location listed above. Program will only allow candidates who are LOCAL TO THE AUSTIN AREA ONLY (Within 50-mile radius).

This role requires a strong foundation in SDLC processes, data management, and CI/CD toolsets, with additional skills in development and integration considered a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Administer, maintain, and oversee Salesforce Orgs and environments.
- Implement, monitor, and improve security policies and practices across Salesforce platforms.
- Manage the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), including coding standards, change control, and version management.
- Utilize CI/CD toolsets such as Flosum to streamline deployment processes.
- Lead and execute data migrations, ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Integrate Salesforce with 3rd party applications and manage AppExchange products.
- Provide guidance and oversight in troubleshooting complex system software and hardware issues, recommending effective technology solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system integrations and business process alignment.
Minimum Requirements
- 7 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator, managing and supporting Salesforce Orgs.
- 7 years of experience in SDLC processes, coding standards, change control, and CI/CD tools (Flosum).
- 7 years of experience in data migrations, data quality, system integrations, and AppExchange product management.
- 7 years of experience in troubleshooting and solving complex system software/hardware issues.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5 years of experience implementing authentication protocols (oAuth) and integrating 3rd party applications.
- Strong knowledge of web technologies: HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery, REST & SOAP web services, JSON, XML.
- 2 years of Salesforce development experience (Apex programming, Visualforce pages, Apex triggers, Aura Components, Lightning Web Components).
- 2 years of experience with Salesforce integration tools such as MuleSoft, Azure Data Factory, and Jitterbit.
- Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies.
- Hands-on experience with no-code configurations (Flows, Process Builders, Workflow Rules)
