Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A.'s litigation practice is seeking an experienced litigator with at least three (3) years of litigation experience to join our growing firm. What You’ll Do
- Manage a diverse litigation caseload from pre-trial through trial and post-trial proceedings.
- Work with and oversee litigation paralegals and legal assistants.
- Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and other litigation documents.
- Conduct legal research and develop persuasive legal arguments.
- Handle depositions, hearings, mediations, and trials.
- Engage in settlement negotiations and provide thoughtful client counseling.
- Collaborate with colleagues on complex matters and assist with mentoring when appropriate.
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years of litigation experience - discovery, hearings, mediations, etc.
- Strong legal writing, analytical, and advocacy skills.
- Ability to manage cases independently while contributing to a team environment.
- Excellent communication skills and professionalism with clients, opposing counsel, and the court.
