What You Will Be Doing
- Assist clients with various employment issues that may include wage and hour issues, workplace safety, restrictive covenants, discrimination, retaliation, disability accommodations, family and medical leave, or employee separations.
- Advise employers on compliance with federal and state employment law, provide advice and representation to employers in government investigations and litigation of employment claims.
What You Need for this Position
- 3 years of Employment Litigation experience
- Experience handling employment law matters, including wage and hour issues, workplace safety, restrictive covenants, discrimination, retaliation, disability accommodations, family and medical leave, and/or employee separations.
- Experience with EEOC claims and FMLA
- Active State Bar license in Florida
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- 150k - 175k Salary Bonus
