Key Responsibilities
- Assist with managing litigation matters from pre-trial through resolution.
- Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents.
- Support depositions, hearings, mediations, and trial preparation.
- Communicate with clients under the guidance of senior attorneys.
- Collaborate with attorneys and staff to develop litigation strategies.
Qualifications
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Licensed to practice law in Florida or eligible to sit for the Florida Bar in February of 2026.
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and accept feedback.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment.
- Professional communication and organizational skills.
