Growing (10 Years) Premier Firm Seeking Associate Attorney in Clearwater/Tampa
An established firm based in Clearwater/Tampa, FL with over 10 years in practice is seeking an Associate Attorney with 3-5 years of experience to join their team onsite. This role will handle civil litigation matters with preference for exposure to real property and real estate disputes, supporting clients through pleadings, discovery, motion practice, and hearings.
Offer:
Salary range: $110,000-$150,000 , contingent on experience

Qualifications:
Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar
3-5 years of litigation experience in civil matters
Experience or familiarity with real property or real estate litigation is strongly preferred
Strong legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
Ability to manage deadlines and maintain consistent in-office availability
Responsibilities:
Manage a litigation caseload from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, memoranda, and other litigation filings
Propound and respond to written discovery and document requests
Prepare for and take depositions and assist with hearing and trial preparation
Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel to advance case strategy
Collaborate with team members to develop litigation approaches and ensure matter progression
