Associate Attorney / Litigation / Community Association
Rabin Parker Gurley, P.A. is growing, and we are looking for a competent, motivated Florida attorney who wants solid, steady employment with a fast-growing law firm that values initiative, flexibility, and long-term opportunity.

If you are a strong attorney who wants to work hard, learn, and build a career in a supportive but high-performing environment, we want to talk to you.
Why This Opportunity Is Different
At RPG, we understand that talented attorneys do not always fit neatly into one box. Some know exactly what they want. Others want the chance to explore where they can thrive most.
That’s why this role offers the opportunity to work across multiple practice areas before settling into the area that best matches your strengths and interests.
Qualifications: Whether you are already experienced in one of these areas or simply a sharp, capable attorney ready for change, we are looking for someone who is:
- Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
- 1 years of legal experience preferred, but we are open to the right candidate
- Strong writing, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage deadlines and move files forward efficiently
- Litigation experience is a plus, but not required for every candidate
- Positive attitude, professionalism, and willingness to learn
- Interested in long-term growth with a firm that is scaling intentionally
- Committed to excellent client service and practical results
Depending on experience, interest, and firm needs, you may work in one or more of the following areas:
- Litigation – pleadings, motion practice, hearings, discovery, depositions, mediations, and trial preparation
- Community Association / Corporate Governance – advising condominium and homeowners’ associations, interpreting governing documents, drafting legal opinions, covenant enforcement guidance, board meeting issues, and statutory compliance
- Foreclosure – handling assessment collection matters, foreclosure actions, and related client communication and file progression
What We Offer:
- Stable, full-time employment with a fast-growing, well-established Florida law firm
- Competitive compensation based on experience
- Bonus opportunities
- Meaningful mentorship and development
- The ability to explore multiple practice areas and grow into the role that suits you best
- A collaborative firm culture focused on accountability, client service, and continuous improvement

- Health savings account
- Paid time off
- Company-paid holidays
