What are the responsibilities and job description for the Voice Engineer position at Raas Infotek?
Role- Voice Engineer With IPT.
Location: Salisbury, NC.
JD:
- Management of Telecom expense of a client with over 10 K Users.
- Procure new devices for users and design/deploy solution of IPT infra issues.
- Handle Critical IPT Voice requirements
- Need to answer user calls basis enquiry, request and complaints on Call usage, Data usage, Plans, VAS, Billing issue, Coverage related issues.
- Answer queries related to IPT Phone issues , Infra Issues, Call Path Issues for example phone Issues, Call Issus etc
- Coordinate with OEM, Field Services, Local IT Ops for Loaner and Spare device management, Repair and Break-Fix Services
- Follow up with vendors.
Ensure timely resolution of Incidents and tasks.
Understanding of common IPT telecom terminologies and services
Understanding of voice, data and/ or wireless services
Understanding of IPT Enterprise Infraturcture ex CUBE, WXCC, CUCM, UNITY, SME, Voice Gateways, SIP,SCCP, MGCP, UCaaS.
Relevant experience on IPT, UCaaS
Should have worked with global customers
