R.J. Grondin is seeking Earthwork Construction Laborers to support our earthwork, site development, road, drainage, and utility construction projects. Positions are available for both entry-level and experienced candidates.
Responsibilities
- Perform general construction labor to support excavation, grading, drainage, utility, and road construction activities.
- Use hand tools and small construction equipment.
- Assist equipment operators and other crew members as needed.
- Follow company safety procedures and supervisor direction.
Qualifications
- Construction experience preferred but not required.
- Dependable and able to work effectively as part of a crew.
- Able to perform physical work outdoors in varying conditions.
