R.J. Grondin is seeking experienced Excavator Operators for earthwork, road, drainage, utility, and site construction projects.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate excavators for excavation, grading, trenching, loading, and backfilling.
- Support utility, drainage, and sitework operations.
- Perform daily equipment inspections and routine care.
- Work safely around crews, utilities, structures, and other equipment.
- Follow company safety procedures and supervisor direction.
Qualifications
- Previous excavator operating experience utilizing CAT controls.
- Ability to work safely and productively with limited supervision.
- Experience with grading, utility work, plans, or GPS/machine control is a plus.
- Dependable and able to work overtime as needed.
Pay is based on demonstrated skill and ability.
