This includes reviewing, processing, assigning, and scheduling requests with the OmniChannel team. The role ensures timelines and schedules run smoothly. The Workflow Supervisor works closely with all QVC teams to receive, define, schedule, and process work requests.
Each day, you will review briefs in Airtable to schedule resources and handle requests. You will support OmniContent execution teams by updating requests, building out Airtable, facilitating conversations with requestors, and collecting and sharing feedback. You will track progress, provide weekly updates on outstanding or challenging requests, and work with OmniContent teams to adjust plans as needed based on bandwidth. You will be responsible for maintaining efficient workflow processes and regularly suggest improvements to support OmniContent and internal systems.

Where You'll Work
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Studio Park in West Chester, PA approximately 6 days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
- You will understand and support the objectives of the OmniContent teams, working to advance company WIN goals and organizational initiatives.
- You will assist all areas within OmniContent, including Content & Creative, OmniCreative, Photography, Post Production & Graphics, Content Factory, and Livestreams.
- You will review and process Airtable OmniContent requests, ensuring all required information is included. If details are missing, communicate directly with the requestor to gather needed details before moving the request forward.
- You will schedule weekly meetings with assigned OmniContent support areas to review requests, discuss feasibility, production/job updates, and confirm next steps.
- you will manage content request workflow based on live dates and T-Shirt sizes, assessing capacity, brief information, timelines, and logistics. Address any issues that could impact production or due dates.
- You will keep requesters updated on job status, including changes to deliverables, bundling opportunities, delays, or other unusual situations through Airtable.
- Additional duties may include (but are not limited to) content set scheduling, coordinating stylist support, creating Flex placeholders, scheduling videography, reviewing MultiMedia Producer interfaces, ordering product samples for content production, and leading OmniContent discussions for companywide events or requests.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communication, Operations, or related field in Content Production.
- Minimum 3-5 years of business experience in Marketing, Communications, Operations, or Content Production.
- Experience with workflow management, Airtable, and content production is beneficial.
- Strong operational knowledge with hands-on experience in content production across multiple platforms (linear, social, Meta, TikTok, livestreams, digital).
