Where You'll Work
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company). Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: DE, NJ, PA. Relocation assistance is not available for this role.
- Organize data and designing reports that present status-at-a-glance visualization for our performance
- Design and implement reporting solutions to allow stakeholders to manage the business and make decisions
- Take ownership of reporting processes to ensure that each report is accurate with a high degree of customer focus in resolving data discrepancies
- Build and manage related key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure, control, and benchmark reporting processes
- Monitor existent metrics, building new metrics, and partner with other teams to identify process and system improvement opportunities
- Support teams on the day-to-day execution of the existent program implementation
- Bachelor's degree in finance, operations, engineering, analytics, or related field
- 1-3 years as a Business Analyst, Data Analyst, Engineer, or related occupation
- 1-3 years writing SQL queries and creating business intelligence reports using Tableau
- Experience defining requirements and using metrics to draw business insights
- Experience with reporting and Data Visualization tools such as Tableau or other BI packages
- Experience making business recommendations and influencing stakeholders
- Experience building and maintaining automated forecasting models, using regression or statistical methodologies
- Understanding of data warehousing and data modeling
