• Lead and Inspire: Manage and mentor a high-performing team of software engineers, fostering a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous improvement

• Collaborate: Partner with cross-functional teams—including Product, UX, and Operations—to align technical solutions with business goals and customer needs

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
• 5 years of software development experience, with 2 years in a leadership or management role
• Proven expertise in streaming application development (e.g. Roku, Samsung TVs, LG, Comcast, etc), video technologies (e.g., HLS, DASH, CDN integration, Video players and event understanding) and cloud platforms (Azure)
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
• Demonstrated ability to foster an inclusive, high-performing team environment
• Passion for innovation, customer-centricity, and continuous learning
