Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a SAP Commissions / Workflow / Reporting Consultant located in Dover, DE. The consultant will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including developing and managing SAP Commissions workflows, conducting detailed financial reporting, preparing financial statements, and providing consulting services to clients. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and integration of SAP solutions tailored to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 3 to 8 years Experience with SAP Commissions (Callidus) and related technologies
• Analytical skills for assessing and optimizing SAP Commissions workflows
• Expertise in SAP Embedded Analytics / Reporting
• Experience with preparing and analyzing client requirements
• Consulting skills to effectively advise clients on SAP Commissions solutions
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Should be a good team player
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Computer Science, or related field
