- Experienced IT professional performing specialized computer system analysis and technical support on site-specific applications (e.g. distinct warehouse and contact center management system applications, specific automation technologies, etc.) for a single operations location.
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from our Bethlehem, PA. Relocation assistance is not available for this role. The shift will be Monday – Friday from 8am – 4:30pm. On Call as needed.
- Supports the client to identify requirements, research design and document, submit proposals and implement approved solutions.
- Assists in the installation of technologies/systems, following approved processes and procedures.
- Analyzes performance of site technologies and systems, providing 1st level event and incident response, resolve and document status and lessons learned.
- Provides preventative maintenance on site-specific technologies (e.g. distinct warehouse & contact centers management system applications, specific automation technologies, remote operations & retail stores etc.), following established procedures with the authority to modify as necessary.
- Provides user support for site issues responding 24/7 as required and escalates problems as appropriate. Adjusts daily working hours to accommodate site activities, migrations and roll outs.
- Ensures adherence to industry and government standards while identifying exceptions. Implementing legal compliance measures.
- Requires 3 or more years of experience. Associate degree desired.
- Skills including consulting with users, to determine hardware, software or system functional specifications.
- Continuing to enhance knowledge of the tools, procedures and processes needed to manage and support the site operations environment.
- Knowledge of different applications/systems supported.
