Under the direction of the Manager of Email Operations, this role is accountable for QVC’s behavior-triggered, event based and transactional programs across multiple platforms; including email, SMS Text, App Push, Facebook Messenger and onsite relevant content programs to meet customer lifecycle objectives and business goals. Additionally, this role is accountable for customer list health including email acquisition strategies.

What You'll Do
- Act as the project manager for hundreds of email campaigns as assigned by Manager from concept to deployment to performance analysis.
- Strategically determine production schedule, create & plan multiple campaign.
- Partner with eCommerce to determine key sales points, insure alignment to event/programming messaging and insure images are available in accordance to email timeline.
- Create complete, detailed creative brief and independently directs copy, design and HTML teams with core focus of each campaign.
- Review email campaign results as provided by Tableau & Adobe
- Partner with the Campaign Management team to obtain the appropriate customer list to launch via email system (Bluecore). Monitor to confirm 100% completion.
- BA in marketing, communications, or related field; or equivalent experience required
- 2 plus years professional experience, within digital or email marketing, or eCommerce
- Demonstrated experience working in a cross-functional, teamwork-based environment is critical
