- The Product Central Team Lead supports QVC and oversees daily operations and processes within Product Central. As a subject matter expert, this role is responsible for labor forecasting and allocation, managing daily assignments, adapting resources to meet changing needs, and collaborating with other teams and shifts to achieve organizational goals.
- This role is onsite and will require you to work from our West Chester, PA location daily. Relocation assistance not available for this role.
- Wed-Sat 6:00AM - 4:30PM
- Pull reports to monitor team member's performance and provide coaching to improve productivity, quality, and safety outputs.
- Support and communicate development programs, procedures and company values to provide a positive, supportive and productive work environment.
- Assist the Area Manager in setting up the daily/weekly job assignments of the team members. Will facilitate the movement of team members throughout their shift to meet needs.
- Analyze deficiencies and develop plans to correct.
- Subject matter expert in fulfillment center processes; Able to use material handling equipment
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Excel
- May work flex schedule to meet our needs
