Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part Time Cleaning Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are spotless and well-organized. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors while ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good working condition.
Skills
- You must have a Smart Phone
- Reliable Transportation is a must
- You must be able to Walk, Stand, Bend and Lift up to 30lbs
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and management.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
