Overview:
1099 Janitorial Subcontractor (Evening Shift) $1000.00 Per Month
Monday-Sunday Up to 3Hrs Per Day
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented 1099 Janitorial Subcontractor to join our team for a contract opportunity. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in cleaning and maintenance, ensuring that our facilities are kept in pristine condition. This role involves a variety of cleaning tasks across different environments. A commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety is essential. Net 30 payments will be provided for the Subcontracting Opportunities!
Duties
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in various areas.
- Maintain floors through proper care techniques such as buffing and waxing.
- Conduct thorough cleaning of restrooms, break rooms, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met.
- Handle waste disposal and recycling in accordance with environmental guidelines.
- Assist with light maintenance tasks as needed, contributing to overall facilities upkeep.
- Respond promptly to cleaning requests or emergencies as they arise.
- Ensure that all cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored properly.
Requirements
- Perfect for a small cleaning team
- You must have General Liability insurance
- You must have a Smart Phone
- You must be able to follow directions and written instructions
- Reliable Transportation is a must
- Previous janitorial or custodial experience is preferred.
- Familiarity with commercial cleaning practices and floor care techniques.
- Experience in industrial cleaning or facilities maintenance is a plus.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and moving equipment as necessary.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
