We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential spaces. This role requires a strong commitment to providing exceptional service to our clients while ensuring that homes are kept in pristine condition. The House Cleaner will be responsible for various cleaning tasks, contributing to a welcoming and healthy environment for our clients.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry tasks, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
- Execute floor care duties such as sweeping, mopping, and carpet cleaning to maintain the appearance of floors.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each cleaning visit.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all areas are sanitized and hygienic.
- Assist with additional tasks as needed, including cooking or light meal preparation when requested by clients.
- Demonstrate effective time management skills to complete tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Uphold safety protocols and use cleaning products responsibly to ensure a safe environment for both clients and staff.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or housekeeping management is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with janitorial practices and commercial cleaning standards is a plus.
- Experience in customer service roles will enhance the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and the use of various cleaning equipment is beneficial.
- Skills in carpet cleaning or specialized floor care techniques are advantageous.
