Job Summary:
Pay: $1,200.00-$1,344.00 (Monthly Payments)
Part Time Evening Shift(2-3hr Per Day). Monday-Friday anytime between 7pm- 1am. Saturday-Sunday anytime between 3pm-11pm.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Part Time Cleaning Technician/ Subcontractor for our Evening Shift opening. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that all areas are spotless and well-organized. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including offices, restrooms, kitchens, and common spaces.
- Dust, vacuum, and mop floors while ensuring all surfaces are sanitized.
- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and tools in good working condition.
Skills
- You must have a Smart Phone
- Reliable Transportation is a must
- You must be able to Walk, Stand, Bend and Lift up to 30lbs
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify areas that require cleaning or maintenance.
- Excellent time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within designated timeframes.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
- Good communication skills for effective interaction with team members and management.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
