[ Summary ]

This position is responsible for providing technical sales support to customers in Texas and Mexico. The role focuses on supporting client needs through technical knowledge, coordinating with internal teams, and contributing to business expansion through proactive customer engagement.

[ Essential Duties ]

・Provide technical support to customers and assist in sales activities

・Communicate with customers to understand technical requirements and propose solutions

・Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project execution

・Support business development activities in Texas and Mexico markets

・Travel to customer sites and provide on-site support as needed

Standard business hours (Monday–Friday)

Hybrid work style (Work from home once a week)

$70K (DOE)

[ Qualifications ]

・Educational background in science fields (Chemistry, Physics, or related disciplines)

・Strong communication skills in English (Japanese is a plus)

・Willingness to travel (approximately twice a month)

・Proactive and customer-oriented mindset

・Ability to provide technical support and engage with clients actively
