What You Will Do:
- Track campaign execution at the serial number, configuration, PO, and shipment level; maintain burndown plans and projections
- Manage full lifecycle of loan and exchange hardware, units out to operations, replacements back to repair facilities and drive recovery on at-risk returns
- Coordinate across customer departments, repair facilities, and field service reps to support campaign progress
- Schedule and facilitate recurring coordination meetings; maintain meeting minutes
- Produce weekly progress reports and on-demand presentations; maintain Power BI or Tableau dashboards for live campaign visibility
- Surface and track execution issues; escalate through the Retrofit Manager before they impact the plan
- Report on spares and MRO performance data; recommend process improvements as opportunities arise
What You Will Bring:
- 1-3 years in supply chain analytics and project coordination
- Strong Excel: pivot tables, formulas, cross-sheet data linking, v-lookup, etc.
- Ability to multi-task, managing multiple campaigns required
- Good communication skills
- Able to coordinate, facilitate, and lead meetings as needed
- Tableau or Power BI experience a plus
- Experience with SAP preferred
Pay Range: $63,000 - $66,000 per year
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements: We offer flexible work options, including hybrid arrangements, to support the need of the role and align with company policies. This position is located in Rockford, IL and is considered hybrid with 3 days required on-site.
- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required.
Citizenship Requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.
