What You will Do:
- Actively manage all orders placed on Steam Turbine Servicing Order Management by our Service partners from a technical clarification and logistical perspective from order receipt to delivery to assure on-time delivery.
- Clarify all incoming orders for completeness of scope, cost, delivery dates etc. to ensure a smooth order flow into the supply / manufacturing chain.
- Coordinate the clarification with Engineering, supply, and Manufacturing, where applicable, to keep our Service partners informed about potential change requirements.
- Effectively handle large scope orders/programs with complex scope and/or contractual requirements and significant commercial and/or financial risk to minimize potential exposure to Company.
- Single point of contact for all questions regarding POs placed by our Service partners to maintain a trustworthy and collaborative business relation.
- Takes ownership of every Sales Order from a logistical, technical, data maintenance, and manufacturing perspective to effectively contribute to our values, including but not limited reconciliation (Sold scope vs quoted scope)
- Monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to meet stringent business targets.
- Liaise with our Service partners, order managers, project managers, buyers, planners, global logistic partners, ECC, and engineering (where applicable) to ensure on-time delivery of the orders
- Interact with other functional departments as needed to get materials/processes required for ensuring end customer satisfaction.
- Actively coordinate order pull ins/push outs with our Service business partners to meet customer demands and financial targets for both internal and external customers
- Maintain issue resolutions with multiple operations Logistics, Transportation, ECC, Engineering, Date Management, Project Management, Fleet Management, and supply management for on-time delivery of parts.
- Proactively advise internal business partners regarding possible spare parts / modification / upgrade needs regarding placed demand to minimize downstream impact in the order chain (production /procurement)
- Drive innovation and process improvements with a focus on digitalization and automatization
What You Will Bring:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 8 or more years of work experience in the relevant field and manufacturing industry.
- Strong organizational skills and customer service experience is needed
- In-depth knowledge in SAP (OPP, PD2), Sales & Distribution, Engineering, Procurement, MRP, finance, etc.
- Proficient in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Pay Range: ($65k to $75k/annum).
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
Work Requirements: This role is considered an on-site position located in Charlotte, NC.
- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Travel Requirements: Due to the nature of the work, no travel is required

Salary : $65,000 - $75,000
