Work Requirements
This role is considered 100% on-site position in Rockford, IL
You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
Travel requirements: Minimal travel between Assembly plant and test plant.
Citizenship requirement: Due to the nature of the work, U.S. citizenship is required.

- Attend department meetings, manage actions and conduct follow-up with owners
- Work with internal customers such as engineering, Quality, shop floor, shipping and receiving, and other departments.
- Act as liaison between program and other departments supporting operations.
- Provide operational support on the floor in helping to prioritize hardware
- Coordinate with shop floor technicians and supervisors to help expedite hardware through shipping
- Create daily Work in Progress and shipping reports
- Provide Line of Balance to program managers showing estimated ship dates
- Coordinate production hardware through shop floor and various departments and provide status to the team (when coordinating testing travel 3-4 minutes to test facility may be required)
- Coordinate testing of hardware
- BS or BA Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or Technical related field with 2-3 years’ experience preferred
- Minimum AS degree with 5 years of production support experience or equivalent
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools is required
- Experience with SAP, or other MRP system, strongly preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints a plus
- Strong communication, teamwork, self-motivation, and organizational skills
- Due to the nature of the work, you must be a US Citizen

Salary : $76,000 - $80,000
