What You will Do:
- Ensuring that documentation seamlessly flows in a compliant manner meeting International Trade compliance (ITC) standards for Aerospace components
- Compile commercial and military documentation for classification and prepare for database upload
- Support J&C focal by preparing documentation to streamline the J&C process and update documentation tools
- Conduct regular audits to verify the accuracy of a records and update as necessary
- Liaise with relevant departments to ensure processes are being utilized effectively and any potential issues are resolved
- Provide support to internal and external stakeholders regarding related J&C matters
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements
What You Will Bring:
- 3-5 years of experience in an Aerospace manufacturing or J&C coordination role
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- SAP & MS Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
- Ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills required
Pay Range: USD $30.00 /Hr. - USD $33.00 /Hr.
Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.
