What You Will Do
- Assist with the design, tracking and implementation of tools used in manufacturing setting
- Work with a cross functional team to provide support to production shop floor
- Investigate, incorporate and close out changes to manufacturing procedures using customer tools
- Provide hardware Tracking and Status Update
- Utilize customer tools to route products through shop floor from assembly to shipment
- Assist in the documentation of standard practices
- Communicate status of projects to Customer and all levels of Management
- Work with a team of engineers on new product to provide ME support in stages from concept to test
- Associate degree in technical field with 3-5 years’ experience
- Exposure to the aerospace industry is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency with MS Office required.
- Experience with Siemens NX or equivalent CAD experience required
- Training in shop floor/manufacturing safety required
- Experience with tool design a plus
- Experience with GD&T a plus
- Previous experience using SharePoint 2010 and SAP a plus
- Ability to develop and present business correspondences required
- Experience working in ambiguous situations, such as acting when all the information is not available, required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment but can also be self-directed required

Work Requirements
- This role is considered an on-site position located in York, NE
- You must be able to commute to and from the location with your own transportation arrangements to meet the required working hours.
- Shop floor environment, which may include but not limited to extensive walking, and ability to lift up to 40 lbs.

Salary : $65,000 - $78,000
