What You Will Do
- Review Vendor Analysis from Cost Engineering to identify suppliers exceeding the certified cost or pricing data threshold.
- Determine TINA applicability during Program Kick-Off and throughout the proposal lifecycle.
- Create and maintain TINA Trackers for all applicable suppliers, documenting prioritization, deadlines, CCPD/Refusal status, Cost Analysis ECDs, outstanding cost elements, actions, and updates.
- Coordinate with Supply Chain to collect CCPD, refusal letters, quotes, CIDs, and supporting analyses.
- Ensure accurate and timely communication between Cost Analysts, Supply Chain, Programs, and Compliance.
- Track UCA (Undefinitized Contract Action) requirements, maintain Letter Contract dates, and ensure TINA actions are completed.
- Validate completion of exceptions or cost analyses and transition completed actions to archival tabs.
- Conduct final BOM sweeps prior to proposal submission to verify all suppliers over threshold are properly evaluated.
- Complete the TINA Sweep Checklist for Purchasing prior to customer proposal submission.
- Strong understanding of FAR 15.403, FAR 52.215-12/13, and TINA/CCPD requirements.
- Ability to manage multiple suppliers, deadlines, and cross-functional stakeholders.
- Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
- Ability to identify compliance gaps and drive resolution.
- Working knowledge of Cost Analysis, Supply Chain processes, and CAS exceptions.
- High attention to detail; strong process discipline
